What We Offer

Willow Creek is a BCBA/Clinician owned practice. We offer comprehensive ABA assessments and individualized home-based ABA therapy for children and families in the greater Okemos/East Lansing area. Our services are designed to understand your child’s unique strengths and provide practical, real-life support that fits your family’s goals and routines.

  • Our assessment process is the foundation for effective ABA services. We take time to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and the day-to-day situations that matter most so we can build a plan that’s truly individualized.

The assessment includes evidence-based evaluation tools, a baseline review of skills (such as communication, learning, and social skills), direct observation in natural settings, and caregiver interviews to understand routines, strengths, and challenges. We compile our findings into a clear report and review it with you so you understand the recommendations and next steps.

To keep services effective over time, we also complete routine re-assessments (often about every six months) to track progress and adjust goals and strategies as needed.

  • Home-based ABA brings therapy into the setting where your child spends the most time—your home—so goals can be taught and practiced in real-life routines. We provide individualized, 1-on-1 services that focus on meaningful skills like communication, independence, and daily living, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your child.

Sessions are delivered by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with oversight and guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We also work closely with parents and caregivers to align goals with your family’s priorities and support consistency across the week.

Because learning happens in a natural environment, progress is more likely to generalize to everyday life—at home and beyond—while offering the comfort and convenience of fewer transitions and less travel.
